Business transactions and delivery are carried out exclusively in accordance with the following General Terms and Conditions in the version applicable at the time of your order. The customer's general terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from the following provisions shall not apply. The following terms and conditions also apply exclusively if we carry out the delivery and service without reservation in the knowledge of conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customer.

4. Price and Terms of Payment
All prices are total prices. They are inclusive of all taxes, including sales tax and duties, but excluding shipping costs. You can find the shipping costs here . In the case of delivery to a non-EEA country, the consumer must bear all import and export charges, including any customs duties, fees and charges.

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card and bank transfer. If no other payment method has been agreed, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full upon conclusion of the contract. The delivery of the goods takes place only after receipt of the amount on our bank account:

5. The right of withdrawal
Information on how to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of a sales contract for the delivery of one or more goods in one shipment.

5.1. Right of withdrawal

5.1.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) with the name, address, telephone number and email address of the company. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this use, but is not mandatory.

In the pre-Christmas period, the cancellation period is extended to 30 days after receipt of the goods.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period.

A refund can only be issued for products that are returned to us in perfect condition and without signs of use.
Products from the sale cannot be returned!

5.1.2 Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to repay you payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Please note that the goods must be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged during transport. It is best to also use the eve's box for the return.

Please note that the shipping costs for exchange or return packages are to be borne by yourself!

Please note that in the case of a return, the shipping costs will be charged by Klarna.

6. Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 7 days after our confirmation of the concluded contract. The shipping costs specified in the online shop apply.
In principle, we deliver to all countries worldwide. The delivery will be made to the delivery address you specified - unless otherwise agreed. All information on availability, shipping time or delivery are only guidelines and do not represent binding or guaranteed delivery dates. If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and not to deliver them. In this case you will be informed immediately. eve's JEWEL eU reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs, if such occur due to unsuccessful delivery or refused acceptance

7. Retention of Title.
The goods remain our property until full payment.

8. Consent to Receive Promotional Emails
The customer agrees to receive news from our company, our products, current offers and other company-related information by means of advertising emails, in particular newsletters.

9. Opting out of receiving promotional emails
The customer can revoke his consent to receive such emails at any time as follows: by confirming the "unsubscribe" button

10. Notes on COVID-19

COVID-19 update
We want to protect ourselves and our employees as best we can, so we have decided to temporarily close our factory due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 infections. Of course, our busy eve's JEWEL bees continue to work and are there for you around the clock. Your orders will of course continue to be packed and shipped.
Please consider that it is possible that certain pieces of jewelry are not in stock and the production may take a little longer until we can actively work for you in the manufactory and continue to produce.
