Unforeseen delays such as strikes, shipping service errors or customs clearance (for non-EU countries) cannot be included in the shipping deadlines.

 During special promotions or the release of our new collections, there may be a slightly longer processing time, we ask for your understanding.

We currently do not ship to Russia and China.

Express Shipping:

1 day only between working days (Mon-Fri). Express orders placed on Friday are delivered on Monday.

Personalized jewelery that is ordered using the DHL Express shipping method can only be shipped once it has been completed.
