After receiving the order, you have 14 days to return the jewelry. Jewelery from the sale category, the X-MAS box and personalized jewelery are excluded from return . Personalized jewelery includes 14k solid gold, engraved jewellery, name necklaces, bracelets and anklets as well as birthstone rings as they are custom made just for you.

Please make sure that you send the unique items back to us in their original condition and well packaged and that you fill out the return form in advance.
If you would like to exchange your jewelery for another unique piece, fill out our exchange form within the 14-day exchange period.

eve's JEWEL pieces of jewelery are made of 925 sterling silver and 14 kt solid gold and are manufactured in a sustainable and precise manner by hand in our family-run jewelery manufactory. In addition to the qualitative 3 micron surface refinement, high-quality freshwater pearls, real gemstones and zirconia stones are used, all of which are inserted into the piece of jewelery by hand. All jewelry is nickel free and allergy friendly.
